SlimTrack — Weight Loss & Fitness Tracker (Developed by Gree Web Solutions)
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SlimTrack application, developed and published by Gree Web Solutions. Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using the SlimTrack application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SlimTrack. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify significant changes via in-app notification.
2. License & Intellectual Property
Limited License
SlimTrack grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Ownership
The SlimTrack App, including its code, design, algorithms (BMR/TDEE calculators, workout progression logic), branding, and content are owned by SlimTrack and protected by intellectual property laws.
Restrictions
You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the App; reverse-engineer or decompile the App; use the App to build a competing product; remove any copyright or proprietary notices; or sublicense the App to third parties.
3. User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify SlimTrack immediately of any unauthorized account access. SlimTrack is not liable for losses from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure credentials.
Accurate Health Information
You agree to provide accurate health information (height, weight, age) for the App to function correctly. Inaccurate data may result in incorrect calorie targets, BMI calculations, and water intake recommendations.
Medical Disclaimer
SlimTrack is a general wellness and fitness tracking tool. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet or exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers; upload malicious code; use the App for any illegal purpose; impersonate another user; or interfere with App functionality or other users' experience.
4. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Not Medical Advice
The calorie targets, BMI classifications, water intake recommendations, and workout plans provided by SlimTrack are based on general wellness formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor BMR, Devine IBW formula) and are for informational purposes only.
Individual Results Vary
Weight loss results vary by individual based on metabolism, medical conditions, stress, sleep, and adherence. SlimTrack makes no guarantees about specific weight loss outcomes.
Exercise Safety
Stop any exercise immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort. SlimTrack is not liable for injuries sustained during workouts suggested by the App.
Nutritional Guidance
Meal suggestions and calorie targets in SlimTrack are general guidelines. Consult a registered dietitian for personalized nutritional advice, especially for eating disorders, diabetes, or other conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability
No Warranty
SlimTrack is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlimTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including health outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.
Data Loss
We strongly recommend not relying solely on SlimTrack for critical health record keeping. While we take data integrity seriously, we are not liable for data loss due to technical failures, device issues, or account deletion.
6. Termination & Account Deletion
User-Initiated Termination
You may stop using SlimTrack and delete your account at any time from Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Service-Initiated Termination
SlimTrack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service — without prior notice.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your license to use the App terminates immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the jurisdiction where SlimTrack operates.

Before initiating legal action, you agree to contact us at info@greewebsolutions.com to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
